BOOKING CONDITIONS​

   

    By booking, you agree to the following:

​

1. To follow the check-in instructions included in your confirmation email, and to fill out the included 

     online Guest Form as soon as possible once your booking has been confirmed.

​

 2. To take full responsibility for your actions and acknowledge that any dangerous activities, including

      lighting bonfires, diving in creeks or dams, 4WDriving, and flying drones, are not permitted on the property.

​

3. To hold Secret Valley Escape free from all liabilities and claims arising out of damages or injuries to

     yourselves whilst engaging in any leisure activities on the property.

​

4. To acknowledge that cottage facilities are to be treated with respect and are to be used in accordance with

     instructions given in the Guest Services section of the website. To compensate Secret Valley Escape for any

     breakages or missing items caused by our misuse.

5. Extra guests (including minors) not included in the booking agreement are not permitted, and we agree for

    Secret Valley Escape to charge for extra guests from the card provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

        Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations, and that we require full payment to secure a booking. 

​

        If you are unable to make the dates booked, then please let us know, and we will endeavour to rebook new dates for

        you, depending on availability.

​

• Once reservation dates have been confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:

1.  For cancellations more than 21 days notice prior to arrival:

Booking value can be transferred to a future date at no extra cost

2.  For cancellations less than 21 days notice prior to arrival:

As stated prior, full cost of the reservation is non- refundable. However if we are able to successfully lease the cottage to another guest, then we can transfer your booking value to a future date with an $80 administration fee.

We also suggest asking friends and family to take over the booking, in which case we will waive the administration fee.
