Due to the natural rugged terrain of the property, we agree to take full responsibility for our actions and acknowledge that any dangerous activities, including lighting bonfires, diving in creeks or dams, and 4WDriving, etc. are not permitted on the property. We hold Maya Sanctuary free from all liabilities and claims arising out of damages or injuries to ourselves whilst engaging in any leisure activities on the property.
We acknowledge that cottage facilities are to be treated with respect and are to be used in accordance with instructions given in the Guest Info section of the website. We agree to compensate Maya Sanctuary for any breakages or missing items caused by our misuse. We understand that extra guests not included in the booking agreement are not permitted, and we agree for Maya Sanctuary to charge for extra guests from the card provided.
