VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
VOUCHER CONDITIONS

Redeemable for the length of stay and type of accommodation mentioned in the voucher, excluding long weekends.

Reservation is dependent on cottage availability and we recommended reservations to be made at least two weeks in advance to secure desired accommodation.

Must be used by the date shown at the bottom of the voucher

Not refundable, including in the very unlikely event of a closure of the business

At time of reservation, guest credit card details are required in case of incidentals

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once voucher has been redeemed and reservation dates confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:

For cancellations more than 21 days notice prior to arrival: Bookings can be transferred to a future date at no extra cost

Reservation cancellations less than 21 days notice prior to arrival: As stated prior, full cost of the reservation (voucher price) is non- refundable. However if we are able to successfully lease the cottage to another guest, then we can transfer your booking to a future date with an $80 administration fee.
